Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader, for the respondent.

It is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader that the Suit in O.S.No.257 of 2009, based on which, the petitioner sought for cancellation of registration of the document, dated 15.12.2003, registered https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ as document No.5414 of 2003 itself, has been dismissed as

''not pressed''. The copy of the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.257 of 2009, on the file of the District Munsif, Katpadi, dated 13.06.2013, has been produced by the learned Special Government Pleader for reference of this Court. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the facts stated so by the learned Special Government Pleader are correct, and nothing survives in this Contempt Petition that requires any adjudication and the Contempt Petition may be closed.

In the light of the above submissions made on either side, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
