ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 06.08.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.22199 of 2024, and thereby directing the third respondent/the respondent herein to conduct an enquiry, after issuance of notice to the 6th respondent and after giving an opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that as per the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.22199 of 2024, dated 06.08.2024, the third respondent conducted the enquiry after issuing notice, affording opportunity to the petitioner, and also passed orders on merits. Accordingly, the respondent has been duly complied with the order of this Court. To that effect, he also produced a copy of the proceedings in vide Na.Ka.No.A4/279/2023 dated .06.2025 (signed on 24.06.2025) of the Assistant Director (Audit), Namakkal. The said proceedings dated Nil (signed on 24.06.2025) issued by the Assistant Director (Audit), Namakkal, was taken on record.

In view of the above submissions, no contempt is made out as against the respondent.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
