Seeking leave to sue the respondent/defendant, the applicant/plaintiff, has come up with this application. 2.The applicant is the plaintiff in the suit filed for recovery of arrears of rent. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the property is situated within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court and the respondent is running the hospital within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.
