ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para 10 (b) that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday Page No.1 of 4

at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27907 of 2024 dated 07.11.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.10(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27907 of 2024 dated 07.11.2024 is relaxed.
