JAYACHANDRAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.3455 of 2022 IN CRL OP.13880/2020 D.JAYASANKAR [ PETITIONER ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, CCIW CID, THIRUVANNAMALAI DISTRICT (CRIME NO.2/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed of the order passed in Crl.MP.No.7869/2021 in Crl.OP.No.13880/2020 dated 16/08/2021 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e. first of every month at 10.30.a.m and thereafter the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every dates at 10.30.a.m until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.PRAKASAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.7869 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.13880 of 2020 dated 16.08.2021. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the petitioner has not complied the condition and the final report has also not yet filed.

4. Taking note of the fact that the condition to report before the Investigating Officer on first of every month cannot be relaxed further. Hence, the petition for relaxation for anticipatory bail condition is dismissed.
