ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at Page No.1 of 4
10.30 a.m., until further orders on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.32234 of 2024 dated 21.12.2024.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4 imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32234 of 2024 dated 21.12.2024 is relaxed.
