ORDER
The prayer in the writ petition is to issue directions to the second and third respondents to issue the allotment order and also the sale deed in respect of Plot No.125 at Door No.20/39, Vinoba Nagar, 5th street, Tondiarpet, Chennai - 600 081 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.12.2024.
2. When the matter came up for admission, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that firstly, the eligibility of the petitioner has to be ascertained. After ascertaining the eligibility of the petitioner by conducting a due enquiry on the representation, then only further decision with reference to allotment or issue of sale deed be taken up.
3. In view of the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of on the following terms:- (i) The third respondent shall take up the representation of the petitioner dated 03.12.2024 for consideration. The third respondent shall issue notice to 2/5
the petitioner and the petitioner can appear before the third respondent and submit all the supporting documents in his favor, as well as any other forms or certificates that may be insisted upon by the third respondent. (ii) The third respondent shall thereafter conduct an enquiry and submit a report to the second respondent, who will pass further orders relating to eligibility and the subsequent allotment or issue of the sale deed in accordance with law, as per their rules.
(iii) The above-mentioned exercise shall be completed by the second and third respondents within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order. No costs.
