The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the second respondent to consider her representation dated 13.12.2017, wherein and whereby, she sought for recovering the subject matter land from the third party and hand over the same to her.

2. It is stated that a civil suit was filed against the petitioner for declaration of title in respect of the same subject matter property by the third party and the said suit was decreed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also admitted that an appeal filed against the said decree also came to be dismissed.

4. When such being the factual position, the petitioner having lost her battle before the Civil Court, is not entitled to give any representation before the Revenue Officials for recovering the subject matter land from the said third party. Therefore, I find that the said representation and the consequential present writ petition are totally misconceived. Accordingly, this writ petition fails and the same is dismissed.
