A.No.1058 of 2024 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J., This application has been filed seeking leave to sue defendants 1, 6 and 7 before this Court as substantial part of the cause of action for the suit, has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. The suit has been filed for damages on account of interview telecasted from the office of the defendants. Though the interview was taken in Chennai, the defendants 1, 6 and 7 are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court, however, considering the fact that the alleged interview is circulated from Chennai and the defendants 1,6 & 7 are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court, leave is granted and this application is Ordered as prayed for.
