TERMS OF SETTLEMENT Writ Petition No.18119 of 2014 which is connected with this writ petition on the same cause of action has been disposed of in the Lok Adalat on 13.07.2019. Hence, the petitioner makes a request for permission to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect on the petition.
