[R4 suo moto impleaded by by this Court vide order dated 30.03.2021 in WP.No.8081/2021] Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to pass an order of writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to include the petitioner name in the computer patta No.216 in Survey No.275 in Malliyampadi Village, Kallakuruchi District by considering the petitioner representation dated 18/02/2021 within stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to include the petitioner name in the computer patta No.216 in Survey No.275 in Malliyampadi Village, Kallakurichi District by considering the petitioner representation dated 18/02/2021 within stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner's name has been removed from the computerized patta in Patta No.216 as concerning his property in Sy.No.275 of Malliyampadi Village, Kallakurichi District. The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 18.02.2021 to the RDO concerned. 3.However, the RDO has not been impleaded as a party to the proceedings. This Court therefore, suo moto impleads the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kallakurichi District as additional fourth respondent.

4.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the fourth respondent.

5.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate submitted that the Authority concerned on going through the representation of the petitioner could not ascertain as to which survey number the petitioner is seeking computerised patta. This Court went through the copy of the representation made available in the typed set of papers and this Court does not have any confusion as to which survey number the petitioner seeks patta. 6.The fourth respondent is now required to hold an enquiry on 10.05.2021 at 3.00 p.m. at his office, after issuing notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of four (4) weeks from 10.05.2021.
