Prayer in S.A.No.542/2011: The Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of C.P.C. against the Judgment and Decree dated 21.01.2011 in Cross Appeal No.33 of 2010 on the file of the Sub Court, Panruti confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 14.07.2010 passed in O.S.No.296 of 2004 before the District Munsif's Court, Panruti.
