Mr.N.P.Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the Management would submit that pending the Writ Petition, the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and accordingly, entered into memo of compromise dated 13.04.2018 whereby, the worker had received a sum of Rs.4,200/- and Rs.1,449/- as a full and final settlement of all their claims. The learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent herein had also filed an affidavit dated 22.04.2018 to that effect.
