2.The learned counsel for the second respondent Mr.K.Poomalai would state that the second respondent has no serious objection in allowing this application.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned. It is made clear that the petitioners/appellants are not entitled for the interest from the date of award, till the date of numbering this appeal.
