Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner should sign before the respondent Police Station every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 A.M until further orders in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.445 of 2021 dated 10.01.2022 on the file of this Hon'ble Court and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.MURUGANANTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.445 of 2022 dated 10.01.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the petitioner shall not comply with the condition for the past one month.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) the petition to relax the condition is dismissed with liberty for the petitioner to file petition for relaxation during the first week of April.
