Perimapalayam Post Perambalur District Festival of Perimapalayam Mariamman Temple Thiruvila on 27/04/2015 the respondent consider by the petitioner representation dated 18/04/2015. For Petitioner : Mr.V.Ravichandran For Respondent : Mr.V.Subbiah Special Government Pleader.

By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims that he is the 'Dharmakartha' of Perimapalayam Mariamman Temple and he is also heading the Organizing Committee and they want to conduct a song and dance programme on 27.04.2015 and in this regard, they sought the permission of the respondent by submitting an application/representation dated 18.04.2015, and since, it has not been disposed of, came forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.V.Ravichandran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the application/representation, directs the respondent to consider the application/representation dated 18.04.2015, submitted by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, as expeditiously as possible and not later than 25.04.2015 and inform the decision taken to the petitioner.

5. The writ petition is disposed of, accordingly.
