ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 1st respondent in relation to his proceedings issued in Na.Ka.no.31588/X.1 dated 31.07.2010 and quash the same and issue a consequential direction to the respondents No.1 and 2 to select https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and appoint the petitioner as Noon Meal Scheme Organiser for Thogarai Agraharam Village, Devaganapalli Panchayat, Thalli Panchayat Union, Krishnagiri District with service and monetary benefits.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

"Petitioner was appointed as Noon Meal Scheme Organizer. Hence petition may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition. W.P may be dismissed as withdrawn"

2. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
