ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 12.06.2015 passed in WP.No.16766 of 2015.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 12.06.2015 has been complied with. They have also produced a copy of the order in G.O.(3D)No.22 Environment and Forests (FR-2) Department, dated 30.05.2016 to that effect.
