This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.223/2025 dated 08.01.2025.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.
