It is seen from the compromise memo, the appellant's Association has been merged with first respondent Association namely BBC Manor Owners Association and the appellant has agreed to settle the disputes in terms of compromise memo. The Joint Compromise Memo has been signed by President of the appellant Association and Secretary of the first respondent's Association. The parties are identified by respective counsel and Joint Compromise Memo is also countersigned by the learned counsel for appellants and the respondents.
3. In view of the same, the Joint Compromise Memo dated 26.03.2026 is recorded and second appeals are disposed of as settled in terms of the Joint Compromise Memo dated 26.03.2026. The Joint Compromise Memo dated 26.03.2026 shall form part and parcel of the decree in these second appeals. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
