PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 13.12.2010 for renewing the period of licence to run the chicken stall from 1.4.2011 and 31.03.2012 at Mudukkandurai Village Panchayat, Bhavanisagar Panchayat Union, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 13.12.2010 for renewing the period of license to run the chicken stall from 1.4.2011 and 31.03.2012 at Mudukkandurai Village Panchayat, Bhavanisagar Panchayat Union, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly conceded that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
