2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo stating that there are certain typographical errors in few pages as found in the web copy of the judgment dated 08.12.2020 in O.P.No.772 of 2012 which is as follow:

(i). In Page 1 paragraph 2 in the 1st line it is stated as: respondents 4 to 6 are the legal heirs of one of the daughters of Late.Srinivasan instead of legal heirs of one of the daughters it should be "legal heirs of deceased son of late Srinivasan".

(ii). In page 4 paragraph 7, 6th line from top it is stated as: will and testament executed by Dr.A.Senthamil selvi executed on 30.06.2010 instead it should be "will and testament executed by M.R.Srinivasan executed on 17.01.2006".

(iii). In page no.6 paragraph 9, 4th line from bottom it is stated as: Thereafter in the year 2015 a petition has been https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/
