This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the order in E.A.No.103 of 2017 in E.P.No.107 of 2016 in O.S.No.58 of 2015 dated 19.04.2018 passed by the Sub Court, Gudiyattam, Vellore.

2. When the matter was listed on 23.04.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 29.04.2021 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 29.04.2021, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
