The matter has been listed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned (Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court exclusively to deal with offences under the POSCO Act, Puducherry) holding full Additional charge as the Judge, Family Court, Puducherry in D.No.323/JUD/FC/PDY/2023 dated 15.11.2023.

It is seen from the records, while disposing the petition in Crl.OP.No.5927 of 2022, this Court by an order dated 05.07.2022, directed to complete the trial in H.M.O.P.No.217 of 2019 and D.V.C.No.28 of 2019 within a period of six months. However, the learned (Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court exclusively to deal with offences under the POSCO Act, Puducherry) holding full Additional charge as the Judge, Family Court, Puducherry has sent communication dated 15.11.2023 narrating the sequence of proceedings and sought further time to complete the trial. 3.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant further time.
