Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of mandamus, directing the 2nd respondents to consider and dispose the representation dated on 19/03/2015 within time limit framed by this Honble court to measure the land as per records and issue measurement sketch to the petitioner land situated at Cherapan Cherry Village Thiruperambatur Taluk Kanchipuram District in S.no.35/1A in total extent of 1812 Sq.feet.

By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner in her representation/application dated 19.03.2015, would state that the land admeasuring to an extent of 1812 sq.ft., in S.No.35/1A situated in Amman Nagar, Cherapancherry Village, Thiruperambatur Taluk, Kanchipuram District, belongs to her by way of a registered sale deed dated 27.01.1994 (Document No.194 of 1994 - Sub Registrar Office, Padapai) and she has also been issued with Patta No.385. The petitioner wants to utilise her https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
land and for that purpose, she wants to measure and give measurement sketch and though, the said representation was acknowledged by the 2nd respondent, she has not been favoured with any kind of response, hence, came forward to file this writ petition.
3. Heard the submissions of Mr.K.Narayanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Pattabiraman, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice for the respondents.
4. This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the application/representation, directs the 2nd respondent to consider the application/representation dated 19.03.2015, submitted by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, after putting the concerned person on notice and and pass orders, as expeditiously as possible and not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and inform the decision taken to the petitioner as well as the persons concerned.
5. The writ petition is disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
