This application is filed to receive additional documents on the side of the defendant and permit the defendant to mark these documents. 2.In the affidavit filed along with this application, it is stated that the video shared by the insured to the Surveyor in respect of the submarine, which is the subject matter of the present suit and a letter of TTDC addressed to Mr.K.Aaronic, the Investigator of the Insurance Company and the report of the Investigator are sought to be marked as additional document and in the affidavit, it is stated that while in the process of preparing its proof affidavit, they noticed about the omission of mentioning this document.
