ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 10.02.2021, for the alleged offence under Sections 302 IPC in Crime No.85 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that due some misunderstanding between the petitioner and the deceased, the petitioner brutally attacked the deceased with knife and that he sustained grievous injuries and succumbed to death. Thereafter, a complaint was given by one Keerthana, sister of the deceased and daughter of the petitioner.
3.There is no representation for the petitioner. 4.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.
5.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that the petitioner/accused is the father and the deceased is the son of the petitioner through his first wife. Due to some misunderstanding, the father himself murdered his son. She would further submit that investigation is still pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
6. Taking into consideration and the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and also the nature of allegations against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
