This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of six weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation in Crl.O.P.No.59 of 2023 dated 05.01.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the First and Third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
