ORDER

This petition has been filed to grant relaxation of the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 6.30 p.m., until further orders in the order dated 29.01.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No.2043 of 2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2043 of 2025 dated 29.01.2025 is relaxed.
