2. This Court, by order dated 31.3.2016 passed in the writ petition, directed the District Revenue Officer, Namakkal to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.3.2016 by affording an opportunity of personal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Contempt Petition No.3006 of 2016 hearing to the petitioner as well as to all the necessary parties. In the said representation, the petitioner has made a request to issue the joint patta in her name along with her uncle Mr.Muthu Padayachi. Since the joint patta has been now issued as requested by the petitioner, the contempt petition stands closed.
