The learned Special Government Pleader has submitted that the respondent has paid all the amount to the petitioner except incentive increment.

2. The petitioner is given liberty to take up the matter with the respondent.

3. This Court only directed the respondent to pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ orders on the representation. The respondent has already

passed orders and paid substantial part of the amount.

4. In view of the same, the contempt petition is closed. However, I make it clear that this would not prevent the petitioner from taking up the matter before the respondent or other authorities for claiming incentive increment.
