2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.393 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 294[b], 323 and 324 IPC. Recording the same, this petition is closed.
