1. In this application, the following substantial prayers have been made:

c) To direct the Official Liquidator to process and adjudicate the claims by dispense in accordance with law without getting condonation of the delay in submitting the claims received in the subject case.

d) To permit the Official Liquidator to bear the cost of this application from the funds of the Company in liquidation. .. .. .. "

1.1.This application has been moved by Mr.Ramaiyah, the Official Liquidator, pursuant to the directions, contained in the order 02.9.2016.

2. Mr.Ramaiyah says that, after this Court passed the order dated 02.09.2016, wherein, interalia, a direction was issued to move an appropriate application for processing the claims of 51 claimants, which were filed beyond the time, the number of claims has ballooned to 85 in number. 2.1. It is stated that captioned application has been moved keeping in mind the additional claims.

3. Consequently, for the reasons given in the application, the prayer made is allowed.

3.1. The Official Liquidator will process the claims

accordingly. The application is, consequently, disposed of. The Official Liquidator will have liberty to debit expenses incurred to the account of the company in liquidation. Comp.Appl.No. 815 of 2015 in CP.No. 216 of 2002

4. The learned Official Liquidator says that, pursuant to the order dated 02.09.2016, steps have been taken for issuance of notice.

4.1. For this purpose, he relies on the report dated 29.09.2016.

5. To be noted, today, I have passed an order in the company application bearing No: 893 of 2016, whereby, the Official Liquidator has been effectively directed to

ga process 85 claims, which were received beyond the date fixed by the Official Liquidator for receipt of claims.

6. The Official Liquidator will file his further report in the matter before the next date of hearing.

7. Re-notify on 25.11.2016.
