This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for seeking direction to the respondent police to return the Tractor along with Rotavator belonging to the petitioner, which was seized in connection with Crime No.327 of 2018.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the FIR has been registered in Crime No.327 of 2018 for the offence under Section 379 of IPC.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court by giving liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application under Section 457 Cr.P.C. before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court and work out his remedy in accordance with law.
