This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to stay at Tirunelveli District and report before the Inspector of Police, Palayamkottai Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. for the period of two months in the above Crl.O.P.No.3422 of 2023 dated 15.02.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is duly complying the condition imposed on him by this Court. He would submit that since the petitioner is from a lower middle class family, he is unable to meet his daily expenses to comply with the condition as stated supra. Moreover, he is hailing from Nilgiris District and he has no one to support him. Therefore, he has filed this petition to modify the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that so far, the petitioner has complied the condition for the period of 26 days.

4. Considering the above submission, the condition to report before the respondent police is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until filing of final report.

5. Except the above modification, the other conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No. 3253 of 2023 vide order dated 15.02.2023 shall remain unalterted.
