ORDER

Challenging the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in No.Ni.Ma.U.Th.Na.Ka.No.Le12/1963/2010 dated 02.09.2013, thereby calling upon the petitioner to pay the arrears of rent for the Shop No.49 B, namely, Swamy & Co. in ''Lilly Pond Shoping Complex'', the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.

When the matter is called, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that although the matter was adjourned twice at his request, he was unable to contact the petitioner. Further, it appears that the petitioner has miserably failed to clear the rental arrears to the shop-in-question. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the present Writ Petition is not maintainable.

same is accordingly dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
