ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 29.01.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.238 of 2025 that "Para 5(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, every day at 6.30 p.m., until further orders.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court; and that the charge sheet is yet to be filed.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in para no. 5(b) in Crl.O.P.No.238 of 2025 dated 29.01.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
