Common Order The Original Petitions has been filed against the order of the learned Arbitrator dated 19.05.2012 bearing No. R.Dis 19996.2007/F3 and enhance the compensation payable to the petitioners.

2. When the matter was listed on 04.07.2019, the learned counsel for the petitioners made a submission that he has already handed over the case bundle and given change of Vakalat. Hence Registry was directed to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list and delete the name of learned counsel for petitioner and directed to be listed on 08.07.2019.

3. Today, the matters are taken up hearing. Today also, there is no representation for the petitioners either through counsel or in party in person. Since the matter pertains to the year 2012 and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners, this Court is of the view that the parties are not interested in adjudicating this matter and there is no purpose in keeping the Original petitions
