Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from bringing the plot bearing No.HIG II Plot No.1267 at Phase XVI, Hosur N.H. Scheme allotted to the petitioner by the second respondent in his proceedings in Regular allotment order No.HR.5/2815/2006, dated 31.3.2006 for public allotment without considering the representation of the petitioner.

In view of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.10016 of 2011, dated 3.12.2018, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:

The respondents shall not initiate auction proceedings on subject matter of plot, pursuant to the cancellation order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

passed by the respondent Board, dated 5.11.2009, till the final order is passed on the petitioner's representation, dated 10.6.2015.

2. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
