JUDGMENT

Challenging the decree and judgement dated 19.08.2002 made in A.S.No.56 of 2002 by the learned Additional District Judge, Namakkal, confirming the judgement and decree dated 27.10.1994 made in O.S.No.291 of 1989 by the learned Principal District Munsif, Namakkal.

2. When this second appeal was listed before this court on 26.02.2019 for admission, there was no representation for the appellant. Hence, the matter was ordered to be listed today under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, there is no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
