This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner wherein the petitioner is seeking for effecting sub-division and for a issuing of separate Patta.
2.The case of the petitioner is that originally the property was jointly owned and thereafter it was partitioned in the year 2017 by registered Partition Deed dated 23.10.2017. The petitioner was allotted a portion of the property and therefore, the petitioner had applied to the respondent for effecting Sub-division and for issuing a separate patta in favour of the petitioner. It is the further claim of the petitioner that necessary charges have also been paid for the same. Since there was no response, the present petition has been filed before this Court.
3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent to consider the application filed by the petitioner on 17.08.2019 and take necessary action strictly in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the respondent along with a copy of the application dated 17.08.2019 and a copy of this order.
5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No Costs.
