This petition is filed seeking permission to the petitioner to mark the documents namely, i)The decree passed by this Hon'ble Court, ii)Payment receipt in C.S.No.227 of 2016, iii)Written statement filed by the defendants/accused and iv)Encumbrance certificate as exhibits in C.C.No.6 of 2016 on file of the Special Court for cases under Prevention of Corruption Act, Chennai.

2.It appears that the petitioner without approaching the learned Special Judge for cases under Prevention of Corruption Act, directly filed this petition before this Court, which is not permissible. Therefore, this petition is dismissed giving direction to the petitioner to file an appropriate petition before the learned Special Judge for cases under Prevention of Corruption Act. On filing such petition, learned Special Judge for cases under Prevention of Corruption Act is directed to dispose the petition on merits and in accordance with law. 3.In fine, Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P.No.5922 of 2022 is dismissed.
