This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 28.04.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

Taking into consideration the nature of the allegation in the complaint, this Court is of the view that this is not a fit case to issue direction as prayed for by the petitioner and this petition stands dismissed.
