The petitioner has filed the present petition to call for the records in Crime No.497 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent, Veppur Police Station, Cuddalore and quash the same.
2. When the petition is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the charge-sheet has been filed before Judicial Magistrate No.1, Virudhachalam in e-filing LTN20220001942C202400271 on 14.07.2024 and the same has also been taken on file.
