The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dt.28.3.2010 and thereby forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 from measuring the 2/4

petitioner's patta land situated in Survey No.64/15 and 64/16, T.C.Kandigai, Tiruttani Taluk, Tiruvallur District and pass orders in accordance with law within a stipulated period. 2.On account of afflux of time, the relief as such sought for in the present writ petition lost its relevance.

3.The Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 also made a submission that the relief became infructuous.

4.In view of the submission made, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
