Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to appear and execute bond before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Salem as directed in the order made in Crl.O.P.No.12412 of 2020 dated 17.08.2020.

S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner to comply with the conditional order dated 17.08.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.12412 of 2020.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditional order passed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy is made ready.
