O R D E R

This Writ petition is filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to allow the petitioner to participate in the Certificate Verification for selection to the post of Physical Education Teacher under BCW (Ex-Serviceman Priority) category based on merit, consequent to Certificate Verification for the omitted candidates from 12.02.2021 onwards, by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 03.08.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Mr.P.Raja, learned Government Advocate takes notice for R1 and Mr.C.Munusamy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for R2. By consent, the Writ petition is taken up for final orders at the admission stage.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate that similar persons like the petitioner are going to be called for certificate verification, which meant that the omitted candidates. If so, certainly a chance will be given to the petitioner.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Writ petition is disposed of. The respondents are directed to communicate the same to the petitioner forthwith, as a reply for the representation made by the petitioner dated 03.08.2018. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
