ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the Award dated 13.07.2012 in I.D.No.136/2006 of the first respondent and quash the Award.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that she has got no instructions from the petitioner and she further submitted that the petitioner theatre has also been closed.

3. In view of the above submission, it is seen that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter further. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
