O R D E R

The respondent issued Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.42 Finance Department, dated 23 February 2017, in compliance of the order dated 23 January 2015 in the writ petition in W.P.No.11560 of 2008. In the said order, the respondent made a mention that the order is complied with, without prejudice to the review application filed to review the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ order dated 23 January 2015 in W.P.No.11560 of 2008.

2. We have already dismissed the miscellaneous petition filed by the State to condone the delay of 510 days in preferring the review application.

3. In view of the subsequent events and more particularly, the compliance of the order dated 23 January 2015, the contempt petition is closed.
