[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,] After some arguments, Mr.Nanchill J.Rajkumar, learned counsel on record for petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned 'Writ Petition' [hereinafter 'WP' for the sake of brevity] and 'Writ Miscellaneous Petitions' [hereinafter 'WMPs' for the sake of brevity] thereat inter alia as an order in earlier writ petition i.e., W.P.No.29973 of 2019 which has been referred to in the impugned order has not been placed before us. Learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:

2. Learned counsel made a request to come before this Court after perusing the order in W.P.No.29973 of 2019 and making necessary averments and if need be add the petitioner therein as co-respondent. Request acceded to.

Captioned WP and WMP disposed of as closed / withdrawn (without expressing any view or opinion on the merits of the case) preserving all the rights and contentions of the writ petitioner to come back to this Court in the aforesaid manner.
